My gut tells me no trades are happening until team's in the high teens early twenties are on the clock....that said, enjoy the day everyone.

I’m going to be real interested to see if Murray & Adams get something done around # 3 & JE-

I could see Rossi, Boldy, Dumba, a 1st and Rask for Jack, Risto, Laaksonen and Bryson.


Minny wants Risto , laaksonen and Bryson so they aren’t void of D and Risto is off the cap next year when they need the room (dumba wouldn’t be)

I don't want to appear shallow as I know the great Sabre fans are suffering an extended streak of misfortune. Ottawa and Buffalo have followed similar paths for a long time and I fondly remember some of the great games and playoff matchups.

Next year's draft is setting up to be one of the best in NHL history. If ever there was a time to crash and burn it might be now.

Play the long term. Load up on picks for this year and especially for next year.

Short term, go big, mean and nasty. Make teams pay a price. See if Oglethorrpe wants to come out of retirement.

I'll be disappointed too if we only end up w Power, but there's still plenty of time to do things. I'm not going into tonight with the mindset of 3 trades or bust, but I know many are and this place will truly be unbearable later if they don't make a deal.
